Schneck FPV is one of the rare female drone racing pilots in Germany.
In real life she is an electrical hardware engineer and therefore very interested in technology. The FPV enthusiasm began in december 2016 with a impulsive buy of a complete copter kit and first flight tests with the teacher-pupil system.
After a few racing attempts, she applied directly for a wildcard for one of the most popular northern german races. She got the desired starting place and started at her first race in May 2017 in Friedewalde.
The race was followed by further national races. Among others, she started in the racing series of the DMFV, the largest german model flight association, the German Drone Racing Series. In the final, she finished as best placed woman.
She is known for her safe flying style, with which she brings almost all LiPos to the finish. In 2018, the focus in practise is on improving speed to improve lap times. She regularly trains with pilots from the DCL and DRS, who are happy to give tips and advice, which will help her make great progresses this season.
This year she starts, for example, at the german championship and begins to compete with international pilots at various events.
